In Home Emotional and Relationship Coaching
Remember the warmth of the old days when doctors made house calls?
They went out of their way to help you. They were genuine and it worked! Well, home coaching can be just as effective. People feel more comfortable in their own home and tend to open up to their feelings and honest thoughts more freely.
The dynamics of the couple or individual are seen more clearly and more quickly. People act and express more naturally in their home environment. It is also beneficial for the client to be in charge of how much time they feel they need to spend on an issue. Only the client knows when they feel finished. This creates inner strength to let the client be empowered by being respected for how much time they need—it can be unnerving to be told “your time is up” when you may be just in the middle of strong revelations or emotions—if one is feeling confused or stuck it can feel traumatic or at least rather unsettling to be suddenly cut off.
If you are a person who "loves too much," if you are frustrated both with yourself and with others in your relationships, you may be struggling with codependency issues. Individual or group coaching can assist you.
ACA/Adult Children of Dysfunctional Families
Growing up in an alcoholic or abusive family can be a shattering experience. Coaching can insure a safe place to work through the pain to new beginnings.
We learn a lot of perfectionism and compulsive behavior patterns in our families. These behaviors are a way of coping with our daily lives and they served us for a time. If you are ready to break the chains of dysfunction (from your family of origin or with your current family), individual couples or family coaching will teach new behaviors that lead to peace and growth.
As a teenager’s identity is shaped and formed, it is extremely important to have support and to learn methods of self-clarification so that healthy self-esteem can be developed at the core.
Sometimes you’ll want to go slowly in sharing secrets that have been bonded shut for life. It is wise to begin this opening process in the comfort and safety of an individual coaching relationship.

4. DOES YOUR FEAR OF REJECTION DICTATE WHAT YOU SAY AND DO?
5. DO YOU VALUE OTHERS’ OPINIONS MORE THAN YOUR OWN?
6. ARE YOU ADDICTED TO ABUSE? ARE YOU COMPULSIVELY IGNORING YOUR OWN PERCEPTIONS AND INTUITIONS?
7. ARE YOU KINDEST TO THOSE WHO HURT YOU THE MOST?
8. DOES YOUR PAST INTERFERE WITH PRESENT RELATIONSHIPS?
9. IS YOUR LIFE CHARACTERIZED BY DESTRUCTIVE PATTERNS CREATING CONTINUED INTERACTIVE DISAPPOINTMENTS?
